Accountabilities

Systems and Administration:

· Support finance processes to ensure billings are processed within agreed SLAs

· Reconcile and process payments and independently address any queries to ensure timely settlement

· Analyze data to identify and resolve queries

· Collaborate with legal to support and manage partner contracts

· Identify systems to automate and drive projects to effectively automate processes

Partner Growth & Promotions:

· Work effectively with retail partners to reach growth targets in the budget

· Create campaigns and monitor campaign performance (calculate ROI, profit and uplift)

· Collaborate with marketing and partners to promote partnership through own and partner channels

· Effectively onboard partners through contract drafting and registration

· Seek new strategic partnerships to expand the portfolio

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a loyalty program or a related field, with experience working with loyalty management systems and other relevant platforms.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing external partners/ stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
